Shipping - 

Due to Covid-19 and USPS disruptions, shipping times may be longer than anticipated, particularly during the holiday season. Please be patient with us, and please email BoxedWineDesigner@gmail.com if you have serious concerns.

Many of the items on this site are completed through third party drop shipping companies. I have listed estimated shipping times where available, but I have limited control over them. 

Orders that are to be completed by me, personally, are marked on their product pages and will ship between 1 to 3 days after you've ordered.

 

Cancellations - 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me at BoxedWineDesigner@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not gone into production or shipped it will be cancelled, but once it has been made no refunds can be offered. Either way, I will respond and let you know your order status as soon as possible.

 

Refunds - 

I'm sure you'll love your BWD purchase, but if you aren't happy with any of your items please email me at, you guessed it, BoxedWineDesigner@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. No refunds will be issued without prior contact. Most purchases, unless an item arrives damaged, will not be refundable or exchangeable. Please be sure to check all size guides carefully when ordering clothing. I am not responsible for items lost or stolen (so keep an eye on your porch). Shipping costs will not be refunded in any instances where the item has already shipped.
